The “Get Empowered Session” allows you to do a “drop-in” 45-minute coaching session, without any commitment to another package. I rarely work with clients for just one session, because I truly believe that our partnership takes time to nurture and grow in order for you to gain the best results. However, I get that sometimes we just need a quick fix and pick me up, so I will make sure to efficiently maximize our time and support you to the best of my ability.
